Meet Kara, our new nurse injector! She has a passion for all things beauty and thinks being an aesthetic nurse is the perfect balance of art and science. She loves helping people look and feel like their best self. She has been a certified injector for over 3 years. Plastic Surgeon
Dr. McKenna is a board-certified Plastic Surgeon who has been in solo practice since 1999. He established PURE Medi-Spa as northeastern Pennsylvania's first true medi-spa in 2005. As a Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon, his specialty and background set our medi-spa and the services we provide apart from others in the area. He is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and by the American Board of Surgery and a Fellow in the American College of Surgeons.
